Respect for tagging



Since I started writing more about art and the artists behind it all, I found a new respect for graffiti as a raw form of expression. It's a gauge on how society is treating it's citizens even if it's profane. I'm not condoning defamation of public and private property, but I do have respect for both sides of the issue.

This is the cover shot I used for my under-ground art story in MidWeek. It's a shameless plug, but here's the LINK to the story for those interested in reading. I liked this shot the most because of the vast amounts of color coming from the paintings that break up the otherwise dull surroundings.
